Seamaster was launched in 1948 to commemorate Omega’s 100th anniversary and is the longest serving range in the Omega family. Designed as a water resistant watch, and based on the watches worn by the British military at the end of WWII, the range quickly proved itself as elegant yet robust. In 1957 the Seamaster 300 was introduced and was used by many famous explorers and divers, including Jacques-Yves Cousteau’s team in 1963.

This gentleman’s Omega Seamaster Professional 300m Co-axial Chronograph has a stainless steel bracelet and a stainless steel 41.5mm case which houses Omega’s new Co-axial automatic chronograph movement. This movement has a Si14 hairspring for greater precision and column-wheel mechanism enabling instantaneous timing.
