Rolex GMT Master II

The Rolex GMT Master II is one of the most easily recognisable and iconic watches of all time. Originally issued to long-haul pilots, the GMT-Master is able to measure three time-zones, two of which can be read simultaneously. This classic model has been worn and appreciated by professionals and collectors alike. The GMT-Master hall-of-fame includes the likes of Tom Selleck, Clint Eastwood, Hunter S. Thompson and Chuck Yeager, to name but a few. This gent’s Rolex GMT Master II is fitted to a satin and polished finished stainless steel Oyster bracelet. Its round, 40mm Oyster case is water resistant up to 100m, has a screw down crown and case back, is covered with durable sapphire crystal glass, framed in a black ceramic bidirectional GMT bezel. Its ultra-legible black dial features luminous markers, a third green GMT hand and date magnifier at 3 o’clock. This particular model of GMT Master II was discontinued by Rolex in early 2019 and is likely to become highly collectable and sought-after.
